Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Hofer, LLC d/b/a CuraMyHealth, 4800 S Louise Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57106 ("Sponsor"). This giveaway is administered solely by Sponsor.

2. Not Affiliated With Instagram / Meta

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability and acknowledge that any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Entry Period

The Entry Period begins Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) and ends Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

5. How to Enter

Primary method (Instagram): During the Entry Period, on the designated CuraMyHealth giveaway post:

  1. Follow @curamyhealth on Instagram;
  2. Like the giveaway post; and
  3. Comment tagging a friend who might enjoy CuraMyHealth.

Each comment tagging one (1) different real person = one (1) entry. You may enter up to ten (10) times (i.e., up to 10 qualifying comments) during the Entry Period. Tagging yourself, brands, celebrities, duplicate names, or fake accounts does not count.

Bonus entries (optional):

  • +2 entries — Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @curamyhealth (your account must be public for us to verify the tag).
  • +3 entries — Join the CuraMyHealth email list at curamyhealth.com/pages/giveaway-entry and provide your Instagram handle so we can match your entry.

Free alternate method of entry (no Instagram required): Send an email to curamyhealth@gmail.com with the subject "GIVEAWAY ENTRY" and include your full name, mailing address, age, and (if applicable) Instagram handle. One (1) email = one (1) entry; limit ten (10) per person over the Entry Period. Entries via this method have an equal chance of winning.

6. Winner Selection & Drawing

Six (6) winners total will be selected in two (2) random drawings from among all eligible entries:

  • Drawing 1 (3 winners): on or about July 18, 2026, from all eligible entries received through July 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.
  • Drawing 2 (3 winners): on or about July 26, 2026, from all remaining eligible entries received through the end of the Entry Period (Drawing 1 winners removed from the pool).

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. To be eligible to win, a selected entrant must satisfy all entry requirements (including following @curamyhealth at the time of selection).

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) and/or comment reply from the official @curamyhealth Instagram account only (or by email for alternate-method entrants) within three (3) days of each drawing. A winner must respond and provide a valid U.S. shipping address within five (5) days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Fraud / Impersonation Warning

Sponsor will only contact winners from the verified @curamyhealth account. We will never ask you for payment, a "shipping fee," passwords, credit-card, or banking information. Beware of impersonator or look-alike accounts claiming you've won. If in doubt, check the handle spelling and message us directly on @curamyhealth.

9. Prize

Each of the six (6) winners receives one (1) CuraMyHealth Stress + Energy Reset Bundle, consisting of one bottle each of Ashwagandha+, Mushroom 10x+, and B-12 Complex+. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $103.97 per prize; total ARV of all prizes: $623.82. Prizes ship free within the U.S. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity.

11. Publicity & Privacy

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner's Instagram handle and first name to announce winners. Information collected is used only to administer the giveaway and, where consent is given, for email marketing; see our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, members, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance/use of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or unreadable entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

13. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota.
