U.S. shipping rates

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.99 on orders under $99. Orders of $99 or more ship free. The threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before tax. The same rule applies to subscription orders.

Processing and delivery

Orders placed before 12 PM Central Time, Monday-Friday, are processed the same business day. Later orders are processed the next business day; weekends and holidays are excluded.

Orders ship by DHL Ground from our Ohio and Utah distribution centers, with tracking. DHL hands most packages to the U.S. Postal Service for the final delivery, so your regular mail carrier usually brings your order. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Holiday orders

Carriers are busier from October through January, and delivery can take longer. For delivery by December 25, please order by December 9.
