You can permanently delete your CuraMyHealth account and the personal data associated with it at any time, directly from this page.
How it works: tap the button below to send us a deletion request from the email address on your account. We will permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days and email you to confirm. We may retain limited records (such as order and tax records) where we are legally required to do so.
Prefer to email us directly? Write to info@curamyhealth.com from your account email with the subject “Account deletion request.”
