How to use this routine:
- With breakfast: Take Complete Multivitamin+ (2 capsules) and Collagen Complex+ (3 capsules), plus your first Vitamin K2/D3+ capsule — with food that contains some fat, which helps your body absorb the D3 and K2.
- With dinner: Take your second Vitamin K2/D3+ capsule.
⚠️ Good to know: Both formulas in this bundle contain vitamin D — Complete Multivitamin+ provides 10 mcg (400 IU) and Vitamin K2/D3+ provides 125 mcg (5,000 IU), for a combined daily total above the standard 4,000 IU upper-intake guideline. Many adults use this level without issue, but talk with your healthcare provider about your total vitamin D intake — especially if you take other vitamin D products. Vitamin K can also affect blood-thinning medication such as warfarin; consult your provider before use if you take an anticoagulant.
Collagen Complex+ contains fish (cod) and egg, in a gelatin capsule — not suitable for fish or egg allergies, and not vegan or vegetarian.
