Oxy Burn+ is a one-capsule thermogenic for women 30+ who want a morning boost for metabolism, energy and mental focus.* It is a stimulant formula — caffeine, green tea, kola nut and yohimbe — so its directions and cautions are part of the product. Please read them before you decide it belongs in your routine.

Each capsule provides a 425 mg Energy and Focus Blend (caffeine anhydrous, phenylethylamine HCl, glucomannan), a 40 mg Thermogenesis Blend (raspberry ketones, yohimbe, green tea extract standardized to a minimum of 50% EGCG) and a 7 mg Lipogenic Blend (kola nut, L-carnitine). The blends list their ingredients without individual amounts.

The label directs one capsule in the morning, never more than two in 24 hours and none after 4 PM, for no longer than 8 weeks at a time followed by at least 2 weeks off. At one capsule a day the 60-capsule bottle lasts 60 days.

How & when to take it: As a dietary supplement take one (1) capsule in the morning. Do not exceed two (2) capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take past 4 PM.
