Vitamin D on these labels: Vitamin K2/D3+ lists Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 125 mcg (5,000 IU) per capsule, and its label directs one capsule twice a day. Neither Immune+ nor Mushroom 10x+ contains vitamin D.
Allergen information: None of these three labels declares a top-nine allergen. Mushroom 10x+ is a mushroom formula — avoid it if you are sensitive to mushrooms or moulds.
About the Mushroom 10x+ label: six of its ten mushrooms are printed as a single 266 mg proprietary blend, so those individual amounts are not shown. That is why this bundle does not carry our full-label-disclosure seal, even though Immune+ and Vitamin K2/D3+ both list every active with its own amount.

How to use this routine:

- With dinner: your second Vitamin K2/D3+ capsule.
⚠️ Read before taking this routine: Vitamin K2/D3+ lists 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3 per capsule, and its label directs one capsule twice a day — 250 mcg (10,000 IU) of vitamin D a day, above the 100 mcg (4,000 IU) daily upper limit set for adults by the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements. Talk with your healthcare provider before starting this routine, and about your total vitamin D from all sources including any multivitamin.
Vitamin K can affect blood-thinning medication such as warfarin. If you take an anticoagulant, talk with your provider before use.
Immune+ contains echinacea, which is not recommended alongside immunosuppressant medication or for autoimmune conditions, and garlic and turmeric, which can add to the effect of a blood thinner. Mushroom 10x+ is not suitable if you are sensitive to mushrooms or moulds.
