Vitamin D on these labels: Complete Multivitamin+ lists Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) 10 mcg per 2-capsule serving, taken once daily. Vitamin K2/D3+ lists Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 125 mcg per capsule, taken twice daily.
Allergen information: Collagen Complex+ contains egg and fish (cod), and is supplied in a gelatin capsule. Complete Multivitamin+ and Vitamin K2/D3+ list no allergens on their labels.

How to use this routine:
- With breakfast: Take Complete Multivitamin+ (2 capsules) and Collagen Complex+ (3 capsules), plus your first Vitamin K2/D3+ capsule — with food that contains some fat, which helps your body absorb the D3 and K2.
- With dinner: Take your second Vitamin K2/D3+ capsule.
⚠️ Read before taking these together: both formulas contain vitamin D. Complete Multivitamin+ lists 10 mcg (400 IU) per 2-capsule serving, taken once daily. Vitamin K2/D3+ lists 125 mcg (5,000 IU) per capsule, and its label directs one capsule twice a day — 250 mcg (10,000 IU) daily. Taken exactly as both labels direct, that is 260 mcg (10,400 IU) of vitamin D a day, above the 100 mcg (4,000 IU) daily upper limit set for adults by the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements. Talk with your healthcare provider before taking these two products together, and about your total vitamin D from all sources. Vitamin K can also affect blood-thinning medication such as warfarin; consult your provider before use if you take an anticoagulant.
Collagen Complex+ contains fish (cod) and egg, in a gelatin capsule — not suitable for fish or egg allergies, and not vegan or vegetarian.
Complete Multivitamin+’s label directs that you do not use it if you are pregnant or lactating. If you are taking medication or managing a medical condition, talk with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.
