Each serving provides 800 mg of turmeric root powder plus 100 mg of turmeric extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids — 900 mg of turmeric in all — with 200 mg of glucosamine sulfate, 100 mg of ginger extract, 50 mg of chondroitin sulfate, 40 mg of frankincense extract and 10 mg of BioPerine® black pepper extract to help absorption.
