Hair, Skin & Nails+ contains soy, and its botanical blend includes barley grass, a gluten source - it is not gluten free. Menopause+ discloses DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone), a hormone precursor; its vitamin D is sourced from lanolin, not plant-based; and it contains fructooligosaccharides, so it is not sugar free.
